We always recommend to install the drivers manually from the manufacturer’s web site, to make sure we are installing the proper driver. Remember that the Intel drivers are generic and they might or might not work with your system.

What is the model of the board?
What is the model of the processor?
If this is a laptop, what is the model of the laptop?
Which Windows version are you using?
