It is no Windows issue, right after the latest update of driver, i have the same issues with my Lenovo Y520 80WK0098SC, i buy laptop month ago and it was fast just until i updated this driver, after that it constantly lag and between opening and closing apps the black screen shows up, so i disable the Intel HD Graphics 630 in device manager and now runs on gaming graphic card without issues, but please fix that so i can go back to this driver.

- All the time there is lag and while i am writing this it lags too, it lags while i scrolling on the page and in my folders or anywhere it is the same, every now and then my screen goes black and my cursor start to "like loading something", between the apps too my screen goes black, in previous version of driver everything was good so if you can provide me the previous version i'll be happy.
I have the same issue. It is a TDR live kernel event.
I have an HD Graphics 530 on build 17025 (Insider preview) in an optimus setup with NVIDIA GTX 950M.
The code for it is GEN9_0_GPULOOP. If you receive error reports thru Microsoft, you should have received hundreds from my system.
Reverting to 4821 resolved the problem.
I am sure but i found fix for this problem, it's not the best because you need to find on your computer the 15.46 update of Intel HD Graphics 630, it is update from september i think and now everything works perfect, this is not the best solution for long range but in the meantime they can fix the problem.
