N.Scott.Pearson Oct 12, 2017 3:43 PM (in response to DGreen77)You can avoid this some of the time by disabling Monitor Sleep in Windows. If you also disable System Sleep, you will never see this occur (though you will be running all the time (albeit as a low power level) as a result).

Please try running the Download HDMI 2.0 Firmware Update Tool for Intel® NUC Kit NUC7i3BN, NUC7i5BN, NUC7i7BN, NUC6CAY. One more thing, please make sure your HDMI cables are category 2, this since category 1 cables only handle 4K @ 30 Hz.

DGreen77 Oct 19, 2017 4:44 AM (in response to Intel Corporation)Hello,
I have tried the HDMI 2.0 Firmware update before. Didn't help. Also both my HDMI cables are cat 2 cables. They are both working perfect with my 4K sat box.
Last night i had to force to power down (hold the power button for 4 sec) and retry to start 6 times before i got a signal to my tv.

I don't really follow.. Can I power off, because that is what i do today i think? I shut down from windows 10 and the NUC turn off.
Problem is to get a signal to tv when power on again..

I was reviewing this matter and noticed that your Windows® 10 build version is 15063. Just for testing purposes, is there any chance to test a different one?

DGreen77 Oct 24, 2017 10:25 AM (in response to Intel Corporation)Hello,
Sorry don't have any more hdd to test on. But i did try a usb with mint Linux on. This usb boot perfectly on my laptop, but not on the nuc.
Same problem, no HDMI output. But i don't think it software related, cos the POST or bios dont show up.
Strange thing is that TV notice that the NUC was turned on since it ask if i whant to change input to HDMI3 (or HDMI 2, i tried both). This happens all the times but one out of 5 i get Picture.
