I am attempting to boot to a Windows 7 DVD using IDE-R, but the boot fails with an I/O error (0xc00000e9). I know the DVD format wasn't supported with earlier versions of AMT, but is that still the case with AMT 6? If not, with many products now shipping on DVD, it'd be great to have the capability to use them with IDE-R.
Probably this is due to the compatibility issue of IDE-R and DVD ISO file format. Please try to upgrade your firmware of AMT to the latest version from your OEM customer and re-try the IDE-R
Another workaround is download a ISO installation image which the file size is less than 2GB and use that image to do a remote installation.
