HD 3000 graphics and Edge tell me that you are running Windows 10.
If so, neither your graphics and processor are supported on Windows 10, so there will be no drivers available for you.
Also, I suspect you do not have an Intel board.

Thank you for reaching the Intel(R) Communities. I understand you want to have the system updated for it to work properly.
In this case, I regret to inform you that Intel® HD Graphics 3000 does not have Windows 10* support. This means that drivers were not released for that graphics adapter and Windows 10* as well as other components of the system.
You could try installing all windows updates, but I cannot assure that will get something updated.
