Since the results of the utility came as vulnerable at this stage the next step it to get in contact with DELL for more support and remediation for your specific model. Actually, getting a vulnerable status means that the tool did its part which was to provision your system, from now on your computer manufacturer can help to enable the feature again. I have contacted Dell and installed the updated BIOS for this Dell 9020 which is BIOS Update A20. I still get the Vulnerable message when I run the Gui again. On other Windows 10 Dell 9020 in our office we get a different response in green that indicates the issue is resolved, but not on this PC.
