    The driver continues to not work even after uninstalling and reinstalling the driver


      I have tried many different offered solutions but without success.  Dell told me to do a complete refresh of the computer but then I must reinstall all of my programs not associated with the original configuration. A real pain.  How can I get this driver working? If I revert to a previous driver, Windows 10 will just automatically reinstall the latest version.  IS there a specific program that interfer with this driver.  How can I fix it?
