So if I am reading correctly, the Skype and Zoom Plug-in don't work when the hub is set up in standalone mode only in Enterprise. That unfortunately said, what are other folks, running this in standalone or small business mode, doing for external or remote attendees? Or is it merely being used for in-room collaboration?

Just like you mentioned Skype and Zoom Plug-in work in the Enterprise mode. The standalone mode has been named Intel Unite® for Small Business and this version of the software does not support plugins. Regarding your questions and based on this, our recommendation in case your organization needs features obtained through plugins, it to consider using the software for Enterprise/ Education version.
