In order to better assist you, we just need to verify a few details:
Which Windows version are you using?
What is the model of the memory RAM? You can see it on the memory stick itself. Please provide also the size, speed and quantity of sticks.
Are you using an HDMI 2.0 cable? Do you have the option to use a different HDMI cable?
Just to make sure, on the link below you will find the latest BIOS version:0041 and the latest graphics driver version:4729 for your NUC, please let us know if that are the versions currently installed on the NUC:
