Cannot turn WiFi on after installing 8265 wireless card.

I decided to replace the default Killer card in my Dell XPS 9560 with an Intel 8265. I've insured installation was done correctly (seated properly, cables connected correctly, etc.) but I cannot for the life of me get WiFi to "turn on."

After installing the card, Windows detects it just fine in device manager. I installed the correct drivers using both Intel's site and (when that failed) their driver update utility. No luck. The WiFi icon in the task bar is disabled and cannot be turned on even by accessing WiFi options.

For now, I've reinstalled the Killer card which is functioning again.

Any ideas what might be going on here? Anything I'm missing?

      Thanks in advance!
