Do you see any exclamation marks in your Device Manager? I would also like to know if you have contacted the Kinect support regarding this error message.
I see no exclamation marks in the Device Manager.
I've seen mentions of Intel NUC/Kinect V2 working with windows 8 and failing with windows 10. That is not a viable solution for us as our product must be supported for the foreseeable future.
