    Web site problem

    FGT

In thread Intel Galileo install in a brand new win10 computer - Arduino IDE there is a link to another web page in Intel site: https://communities.intel.com/external-link.jspa?url=https%3A%2F%2Fengage.intel.com%2Fdocs%2FDOC-59344. Whenever I'm logged in, I'm not able to access the second URL (https://communities.intel.com/external-link.jspa?url=https%3A%2F%2Fengage.intel.com%2Fdocs%2FDOC-59344) from the first one (https://communities.intel.com/external-link.jspa?url=https%3A%2F%2Fengage.intel.com%2Fdocs%2FDOC-59344): the web site asks for login once more and produces the error:

      -------------------------------------------------------------------------

      System Error

      -------------------------------------------------------------------------

If I'm not logged in, I'm able to navigate as expected (click on the second link, access to the corresponding web page).

      Fernando.

            Hello Fernando,

Since the 500 Internal Server Error message is a general error, we made a couple more test with the link, but we couldn’t reproduce the issue you are experiencing (we access the link as expected).

Could you please tell us if you have recently tried to access the link? Also please clear/delete your browser’s cookies before trying to access the link.

I’ll be waiting for your response.

            Have a nice day.

            Regards,
            Andres V.

The problem remains, exactly as described.

I would like to inform you that we kept performing tests but couldn’t reproduce the issue you are experiencing.

Could you please try to upload the document once more to the community and reference it on the older pages?

                  Hi Andres,

                  Thanks for replying.

I don't have any time right now, and I don't think "reasonable" any extra work for solving web site bugs (I know my definition of "reasonable" may not be that of many others...).

I'll suggest any one trying to access the document just to logout from the Intel site, and I think that's simpler than having to (re)upload and setting new links.

                  BR,

                  Fernando.
