Regarding your suggestion, normally this type of information is found in the processor datasheet. However, for the processor in question the datasheet is not available yet. You can corroborate that here: Intel® Xeon® Processors Technical Resources. So, at this stage I will proceed to review your inquiry and keep you updated as soon as I have more information about this.

I have confirmed that the Intel® Xeon® processor E3-1200 v6 product family is not MCM, it is single chip.
