Please bear in mind that your best contact support is with your computer manufacturer as they are more familiar with your system and how all the components interact with each other.
However, this temperature is still fine for this processor; this processor can work fine at a temperature of 100°C.
You can also run the Intel® Processor Diagnostic Tool if there is anything wrong with your processor the Intel® Rapid Storage Technology will be the best option.
Whether your processor will fail if it continues to run at or near Tjmax is debatable. Suffice it to say, you don't want this regardless. I would say that your Thermal Interface Material (TIM) has deteriorated and needs to be replaced. So, yes, send it back and have this addressed.
