You want to download and install all of the driver packages that are marked as Latest. For simplicity, there is also a bundle that you can download that gives you all of the Latest drivers in one ZIP file. Here is a link to the downloads page for your NUC: Downloads for Intel® NUC Kit NUC7i5BNH.
Hope this helps,
Thank you for helping me.
Yes that is what I did. I downloaded the bundle and installed the drivers. The Management Engine Consumer Driver zip file contained 3 sub folders.
Windows Driver Packages
I have no idea what to do with these. Are you familiar with them?
Go into the Windows Driver Packages folder and run installer there.
The Windows Driver Packages folder does not contain an installer!
Oops, sorry, you want to run the EXE file in the ME_SW_MSI folder.
Sorry its been a while. Thank you for your help. I have now run the driver update.
Now I have a bigger problem!
The final process was to update the Bios. I downloaded the BNKBL357.86A.0052 bios update which runs via windows.
I ran it and all the messages came up positive, but my nuc failed to reboot and the power button is now dark.
I have no idea what to do. I am just a user not a PC technician.
Try doing a CMOS reset. When powering on the NUC, hold the power button down for 3 seconds and then release. You should see a menu pop up that you can use to do this...
