- Provide the model of the screens you are using.
- Let us know the types of video connections you are using.

2 x Acer KA240H 24” Monitors
1 is using HDMI
1 is using the VGA with the Promate Thundermate adaptor mini display port to VGA
The same was happening when I was using the previous single monitor via the VGA connection with the Promate Thundermate adaptor.
As a not I have now shipped the client a mini display port to HDMI cable one piece cable (no adaptor)and asked them to try this
