    Nuc6i7kyk DPC latency

      Hello, I bought Skull Canyon for live performances, but I can't get nice results in latencymon. I have problems with CPU throttling.

      What I have done:

      -Disabled Turbo boost in Bios

      -Disabled Speedstep in Bios

      -Changed Power plan to High performance

      -Disabled core parking

      -Disabled Visual Effects

      -Processor Scheduling set to "Background services"

       

      What I do wrong?

          Tell us more about your system. What memory are you using? What SSD(s) are you using? Do you have any external USB devices other than keyboard and mouse? What monitor(s) do you have connected?

            Hello, I use Intel SSD 600p Series (256GB) and Ballistix Sport LT 8GB Kit (2 x 4GB) DDR4-2400 SODIMM. I use only external usb audiointerface RME Babyface Pro and mouse. I connect  the monitor via miniDP, but I disconnect it during the latencymon test.

              Any errors listed in the Windows eventing?

               

              If you remove external audio, what happens?

                I'm not sure what is windows eventing, but I have latencymon log without external audio (using internal).

                I also disabled Hyperthreading and Speed Shift

                  I repeat,

                   

                  1. Check the Windows event log. If you don't know how, don't make excuses, look up how to do so.

                  2. Try removing your USB audio device and see if this makes a difference.

                    Internal audio has the same issue.

                    It seems that storport.sys is causing the problem, how to fix it?
