Intel did not provide support for Windows XP on Braswell platforms. While there are some applicable drivers available that support Windows 7, 8 and 8.1, only Windows 10 is fully supported.
Thank you Scott,
I have been trying almost all drivers from Intel download center that say they are for XP, but no one works.
The problem is that I badly need to install XP on one of the laptops to recover movies with my kids and family,
movie tapes taken with "ancient" camcorder Canon MV750i.
Windows 10 do not recognize it saying USB device malfunctioned ...............
HP bios Insyde F.22 do not load CSM nor let me change native SATA to IDE, it simply do not have this option.
As I said, I don't think that you are going to find anything.
One thing to try is connecting the Camcorder to an older USB 2.0 hub and then connect this hub to the notebook. This often gets around issues with very old equipment being directly plugged into the USB 3.0 ports on these newer notebooks.
Hope this helps,
