Starting with Windows 8/8.1, support for USB 3.0 was integrated into the Windows base product. There are no separate drivers to download and install. The USB 3.0 ports should have been enumerated automatically during the install and update of the O/S. Are the ports just not appearing/working at all or are they operating at only USB 2.0 performance levels?
Yes I know it was /is included in windows after release of Win 8 & later.
But as I already told, it's available in Windows 64bit OS, not for 32bit OS.
I need for Windows 8/8.1 32bit OS.
USB 2.0 - Two ports - working
USB 3.0 - One port - not working (if we check mobile charging, it's charging only, not connecting device)
Already tried many drivers from Intel, DRP, Auto Driver, Driver Genius, Snail Drivers, Driver Agent etc.
Nor any exclamation mark in device manager, all drivers updated, Windows updates are also upto date.
Dear N. Scott Pearson,
1st : Any drivers you are trying should be coming from Lenovo.
Ans. : Lenovo already tried their all drivers, no solution.
2nd : Are you sure this isn't a separate USB 3.0 IC that requires a custom driver and are you sure that you haven't damaged the port somehow?
Ans : I don't know about IC, but I am sure it's not damaged. Perhaps you didn't read my 1st message. I already told that USB 3.0 is working fine on 64bit OS.
I am sorry, but I am running out of things to suggest. From everything that I was told, the driver should be there and should be loading. Then again, I just checked the downloads for one of the Broadwell NUCs with same processor and noticed that there is a USB 3.0 Host Controller Adaptation driver for Windows 8.1 x64 included. I am now not sure what to think. I am afraid I will need to punt this to ICS (intel_corp) and they will need to investigate further...
Thanks for all reviews and help.
Yes I also surprised that everything is OK but still not working.
And I know that for 64bit OS drivers are available and working file.
Someone, from Intel must help on this issue.

Aabid: Thank you very much for joining the Intel® Chipsets communities. We are sorry to hear that there is problem with USB 3.0 on your system.
In regard to your inquiry, the USB 3.0 drivers for Windows® 8.1 are provided by Microsoft directly, so the best thing to do in this case will be to get in contact with them to verify if they have the driver needed for your platform:
