Any further questions, please let me know.
Yes, Intel HD Graphics 620 supports DDC/CI and I know the HDMI output on the 7th-gen NUCs supports DDC/CI, but what isn't documented is if DDC/CI is supported on displays hooked up to the Thunderbolt 3 port via adapters. I'm specifically asking if DDC/CI will still function through a passive USB-C/Thunderbolt 3 to HDMI adapter?
My apologies for the delay, I just got confirmation that DDC/CI is supported over Thunderbolt 3, even if you use an adapter to HDMI. (I cannot 100% guarantee it as there are too many adapters on the market)
One caveat is that a passive thunderbolt 3 adapter will have limited display resolution support, which I think is limited to 165 Mhz pixel clock (2040x1125@72Hz).
