My nuc not detects my ssd. Its was working for days (previosly i had another equal ssd working for months), and suddenly my screen went black. I rebooted the nuc and the ssd was not detected anymore by the bios.
I updated the bios to the latest, 0365, and tried with olders, but no luck. I've tried another equal ssd (the ssd i was using previously for months), and it does not detect it either.
SSD: SAMSUNG EVO 850 SSD 250GB
BIOS: 0365 (Download BIOS Update [RYBDWi35.86A] )
What can i do?

If you are still within your (three year) warranty period (check here: Determine if Your Product Is Still Under Warranty), you should directly contact Intel Customer Support to discuss a replacement.
