In order to better assist you:
Did it work fine before?
What is the model of each monitor/TV?
By any chance do you have the option to use a different USB-C to HDMI cable? Just to rule out a possible problem with the cable.
For testing purposes, if you use just the monitor that works with the USB-C to HDMI cable, the problem remains?
We can also try a BIOS update to the latest version 0049, on the links below you will find the instructions of how to do it and the .BIO file needed:

Swapping the CableCreations USB-C to HDMI for the Accell Adapter has fixed my issue,
So it seems the CableCreations Adapter is not Compatible.
