    Installation Fail

    coop

Attempted to install the Unite client on a win10 laptop.  The install failed midway through because - "Windows blocked the installation of a digitally unsigned driver."  My laptop rebooted and then proceeded to bluescreen and boot loop.  I had my tech support uninstall the client for me.  At this point I'm trying determine what is needed (if anything) before I reattempt the install.  I could not find any reference to the failure in the client install log.  I did come across the support article referencing the "platform check fails with error ID 333333" which suggests simply browsing to the Microsoft site will correct this problem by forcing a root certificate update.

Anyone else experienced a similar issue?  Any recommendations?  Thanks in advance.
