Thank you for contacting us. This seems to be an issue with the drivers. Would you please let us know what guide have you followed to install the drivers needed to use the Edison? The guide you need to be following is this one: https://software.intel.com/en-us/get-started-edison-windows-32-step2 . After completing these steps please let us know if you’re successful. If not, please attach pictures to see where the process fails.
It’d also be useful to know how you’re connecting your Edison to the PC. Are you only connecting J16 or both J16 and J3?
