BSOD using Cherry Trail and Intel drivers

I'm using a device on the Cherry Trail platform & Windows 10 x64 (Digma CITI 1802).
The device works stably until the cycle turns off and on the display. Typically, 5 to 60 minutes after the cycle, a BSOD crash or hang will occur.
If I use Microsoft drivers (disable the Intel drivers), after the cycle the device does not fail.
I used all available drivers downloaded from your site, but they do not solve the problem.

I tried to update the microcode of the processor of my device and downloaded the archive. But in the archive there is no file for my processor (z8300).
      Prompt the decision.
