For testing purposes, try to remove all the extra components and test the Intel® NUC with the HDMI connection only.
In the meantime please provide the following report to confirm some information regarding your configuration:
- Intel® System Support Utility: Download Intel® System Support Utility for Windows*
To attach a file, you must click "Use Advanced Editor" in the top right corner of the response box, then the "attach" option will appear in the bottom right corner of the response box.
