- Download Intel® Management Engine Consumer Driver for Intel® NUC Kit NUC7i3BN, NUC7i5BN, NUC7i7BN
- Download Realtek* High Definition Audio Driver for Intel® NUC Kits

Thanks for the reply. I reinstalled the drivers that you provided as well as the latest video & audio drivers, and the problem does not appear again. I'll keep observing and let you know if it occurs again.
