I received my new NUC7i7BNH and totally approved the product, very fast, very beautiful, really outstanding device.
My hardware and operating system configuration is this:
- 32GB RAM in two 16GB Corsair / Micron combs, DDR4-2133 SODIMM
- Disk m.2 of 500GB, 960 EVO Series, NVMe Samsung SSD (for operating system, C: \)
- 2TB HDD, Seagate, Mobile HDD
- Windows 10, Pro, 64 bit
At the time of installing Windows, I was able to see both disks and I installed it on disk m.2, everything being perfect. I also installed the NUC drivers from the Intel site.
My problem is in Windows, now I can not detect the 500GB HDD.
It is important to mention that the installed HDD is in the list of compatible peripherals on the Intel website. Samsung Mobile HDD 2TB, model ST2000LM007
I have not changed anything on the NUC BIOS screen and would like instructions on how to make the HDD disk be detected by the operating system.
I leave my thanks in advance.
Greetings from Brazil
When accessing disk management, I noticed that the undetected hdd was as "Disk 0" and no letter for it.
It just assigns the letter "D" and the Windows detector immediately.
Thanks for the space.
