iam using Acer Veriton Desktop Ic6420k, i5 6400 series and screen stops automatically showing the above error pls assist

We recommend to install the drivers provided by the manufacturer of the PC, in this case Acer. I did not found the model of your computer on their web site, just in case here is the link:
https://www.acer.com/ac/en/US/content/drivers https://www.acer.com/ac/en/US/content/drivers
If you cannot find the drivers in there, and since the processor works with Intel® HD Graphics 530 we can try the following driver for Windows ®10, version 4729:
https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/26941/Graphics-Intel-Graphics-Driver-for-Windows-15-46-?product=88345 https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/26941/Graphics-Intel-Graphics-Driver-for-Windows-15-46-?product=88345
Or we can try driver version 4678:
