      When I revert back to 15.45 driver, problem goes away.

      How to repro

      Please provide steps to replicate the issue.  These steps are very crucial to finding the root cause and fix.

      1. Close laptop
      2. Enter sleep
      3. Open laptop
      4. Laptop powers, but screen stays black
      5. Reboot to fix by holding in power button
