1: broken all of type Ambient Occlusion on DX and OpenGL
2: on OpenGL RTSS don't display properly
3: on OpenGL API RTSS crashes the performance

Thank you for reporting this to us.
I am validating this in our lab, along with the /thread/116415 Metro 2033 and the different Oddworld games issues you reported /thread/116381 here and /thread/116412 here, and will forward it to our development team.
There is still work ahead for Intel, since I can also see some textures flickering in Dreamfall: The Longest Journey as it was detailed here:
For the OSD bug, we have reproduced and debugged it, and noticed that is also reproducible with 3rd party discrete cards when certain conditions are met. Afterburner seems to be using a different code path for Intel vs. other cards. We are currently looking to approach MSI since it is their code.
I'll provide further updates here once I have more information.
