Thank you for contacting the Intel community.
Do you have the exact model of this component and the manufacturer?
You might be able to see it on the back of the unit or somewhere on the unit itself or perhaps is written on the package that came with it.
Please let me know.
Hello Ivan, thank you for the reply.
There is no model number, it is a generic unit that was shipped in a brown box with zero paper info in the box.
Here is a link to the product:
Here are a couple pics:
Thank you for the picture PhilG, honestly the only name that I could identify was the processor, I wasn’t able to find anything else with the model “SKYBAY”, and I’ve never seen it before.
In this case, you can try the Intel® Driver Update Utility to see if it finds the driver you are looking for, but it is hard to find drivers with unrecognized products.
It seems that the unit was assemble in china and perhaps other brands or model were removed but who knows, I’m not familiar with this product and without a model number it is hard to find drivers.
Well thank you Ivan for taking a look at it.
I decided to reinstall the OS with a new disc of 64 bit W10 and it eliminated any hardware issues in device manager. I added about 10 USB devices and so far so good, everything loaded without issue.
It is fast compared to my old duo-core, that's for sure!
Thanks again, we'll call this one solved.
Thank you for your reply and I’m glad that your were able to solve it reinstalling the 64 bit Windows® 10, I hope you can have better experience with your unit from now on.
