Let's try updating the current HDMI 2.0 Firmware version to the latest, please find the file here: Download HDMI 2.0 Firmware Update Tool for Intel® NUC Kit NUC7i3BN, NUC7i5BN, NUC7i7BN, NUC6CAY, on the same .zip file you will find the instructions to update the version.
Please let me know the results.
