I have a Grove* IoT Commercial Developer Kit which includes a intel NUC(DE3815TYKE)
I connect the gateway with a router,and the gateway get a LAN IP 192.168.1.126. On the command line terminal, I can ping www.baidu.com or other host with IP 192.168.1.* successfully with 0% lost. I think the network is connected.

Is there anyone can help me?
Hi Bo You,
Please try the below workarounds:-
1.) Try to configure your proxy to manage your internet connection default access methods. This will ensure you are properly connected to the internet and able to use all DevHub features.
2.) Try to check the mqtt status and enable it.
$ systemctl status mosquitto
$ systemctl enable mosquitto
$ systemctl start mosquitto
Please check if it helps.
