By the way, its a Intel SST audio device (WMD) not realtek even though it says it in the screen shot, thats because thats the software i installed that intel update tool said to download, along with two others, one would install but tray icon would say no audio installed
I think this driver will work, but im not downloading some updating software that i dont know. i know the driver software that worked before the windows update was dated 2015, so something from that time frame will work.

My apologies for the inconvenience.
I just wanted to let you know that drivers for your particular computer model should be provided by the computer manufacturer, they should be able to provide the audio driver that your device needs so please try to get in contact with them for more feedback. I have looked everywhere all over the internet and have not been able to find anything what so ever for audio drivers.
the only thing that worked is posted under Update
i managed to fix the issue by doing as follows ( just by luck )
Opened device manager went to sound/game contollers and the "nuvoton SST codec" i choose update drivers
and clicked on "let me choose drivers" and installed realtek codec, restarted and did the same thing
but installed the "nuvoton SST codec" ( did not uninstall the codec ) and than went to Intel SST Audio
and boom there was the 2015 driver i needed and that works. and now have sound again
really wierd work around but its worth trying
