Hello Gabriel_@1985,

I understand your computer is missing scaling options.

Let me apologize for any inconvenience this issue may be causing to you.

Are you looking for any specific Scaling option? What is the issue you are having in the computer that is making you change Scaling options?

What type of video cable are you using between the computer and the monitor?

Please let me also know the model number of the TV.

Regards,

Hello

First of all ,sorry for such a late response, work travel ...

back to my problem, the cable between monitor and pc is a vga cable conector ,i changed with 2 new ones, same problem ,the monitor is Philips 223VLED model .

Until this problem came, the resolution was standard 1920x1080 and worked perfectly fine ,now i cannot scale imagine size.

This is missing !

Hello Gabriel_@1985,

Thanks for the additional information you sent to me.

I would like you to check in the monitor settings if there is any option named "Overscan" you can disable. It looks like the option is available on some models only. The following link on page 6 will show you where the option is https://www.download.p4c.philips.com/files/2/223v5lsb2_10/223v5lsb2_10_dfu_eng.pdf https://www.download.p4c.philips.com/files/2/223v5lsb2_10/223v5lsb2_10_dfu_eng.pdf

If there is no option in your monitor to disable overscan please open the Intel® Graphics Control Panel and try selecting lower screen resolution. There is a chance you might be able to get the "Customize Aspect Ratio" option to make picture fit monitor screen.
