In regard to your inquiry, every case is different and depending on the issue we will start an investigation in order to reach a resolution. Normally the way it works is that the warranty department, if the is unit under the 3 years of warranty, crates the RMA for you to send the processor to our depot, once the unit gets there it will be analyzed and a decision will be made if it can be replaced or not.
