Disregard the question, typically Windows behavior. Removed power and re booted got to a WIN 10 login screen which asked for a password that had never been set obviously, rebooted again saw a setup option function and was able to get into WIN10 to set a password to get into the operating system. Absolute PITA just to get up and running so you can spend the next hour getting rid of bloatware.
