My suggestion is to install the latest BIOS update, which provides the microcode that fixes the HT issue. See if having this fix alleviates your problem before anything else...
already installed, also installed all latest drivers and tested with some old ones. Still the Same, sometimes I just start up the NUC, I got BSOD, sometimes apps are crashing.
Load bios defaults
Start memory diagnostics (in the search next to start type memory diagnostics), it will ask you to restart so you can perform the test.
See what the test gives and share it here.
already done, not modification on bios are made, today I've started the nuc, white screen and bsod, memtestx86 test are done, no memory errors full test io.
sure, no stable State, every day I got some BSOD and apps are Crashing, installed the latest Bios also the Latest Drivers.

I am sorry to hear that you keep on having issues after those troubleshooting steps. I have researched this matter and I have noticed that this has been under investigation.

I recommend you to keep posted to the thread above as any update related to this matter will be posted there.
It was suggested in another posting that you might want to try disabling Turbo Boost.
