    Intel NUC NUC7i5BNH Constantly crashes

    chwyss

My Intel NUC NUC7i5BNH Constantly has Bluescreen and apps are crashing, ie, firefox, outlook

      A lot of Blue Screens

      PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA

      SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED

      CRITICAL_PROCESS_DIED

      SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION MEMORY_MANAGEMENT

      IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

      Minidump File is attached

      HW 1x Samsung SM961 OEM (256GB, M.2 2280) 1x Kingston Value RAM (1x, 16GB, DDR4-2133, SO-DIMM 260 pin)

Strange is that the Intel HD Driver could be installed manually or with the Intel Update Tool but the tool doesn't detected also the Intel Thunderbolt Driver has the same Problem, but they are installed manually.

About the M2 SSD, I tried the original Windows 10 NVME Driver also the Samsung one, Memory are checked by meatiest x86 after 6 Hours, no errors.

Also I changed the Memory and then M2 drive, were taken from an older NUC (intel NUC SWIFT CANYON NUC6I5SYH), where they work without problems, bluescreens and programs continue to crash on the new NUC: NUC7i5BNH Bios Version: BIOS version 0046 already installed Also tried to reinstall the OS Windows Version: Windows 10 Enterprise 64bit 1603 (10.0.14393) we are not integrated 1703 yet, but soon.

Which Information do you need to to get an RMA?
