I’m sorry about the issue you have experience with the Intel® NUC, in this case, you mention that you get blue stripes on my monitor, have you tried with different cable or perhaps another monitor if it is possible for you?
If you are able to do the troubleshooting above and the issue persists, try with another power adapter if you have one available.
