Hello Team ,

I need your help in reosolving the problem which we are facing regarding BSOD. When we are shutting down or restarting our z230 workstation, it's giving us BSOD.

I checked the dump files and I got the below result. I assume that it's relate to network card drive and I downloaded the driver and installed a new one from Intel website. However, when i check the driver version after installing. It's giving the same version as before.

Please advise,

NIC details : Intel(R) Ethernet 1210-T1 GbE NIC

Driver version : 12.13.27.0

Hi Faraz_bossini,

Thank you for posting at Wired Communities. Just to double check if this is an onboard NIC? it is recommended to use the customized driver from the system vendor. Also what software version (that contain the driver) you downloaded from Intel website?

Thanks,

sharon

Hello ,

Thanks for the quick reply.

Please find the screen shot of the driver which I downloaded. Actually I used intel utility to detect and download.

Hi Faraz_bossini,

Thank you for the information. This the software package that contain the driver, version 22.4.0.1 refers to the software package, not the driver version. Is this an onboard NIC on your HP Z230 system? Have you tried contacting HP* for the customized driver if it is an onboard NIC.
