My model number is listed as BOXNUC6CAYSAJR rather than either of 2 you mentioned. I bought it from the online store Kogan - link below. It has a Celeron processor running Windows 10
Intel HD Graphics 500
Default playback Device: DENON-AVAMP
Please try installing the following graphics driver and let me know how it goes:
Intel® Graphics Driver for Windows* [15.45] Version: 188.8.131.5278 (Latest) Date: 5/30/2017
I found a solution while the driver was downloading!
Under playback devices properties > advanced, there is a tickbox with "Allow applications to take exclusive control of this device"
I unticked it and it solved my problem!
