    HD 530 driver v4678 LibreOffice blurred text in CALC and missing menubar (file,view,tools, etc...)

      Provide a detailed description of the issue

      driver v4678 causes blurred text in LibreOffice CALC and missing menubar (file,view,tools, etc...).

      It doesnt occur on nvidia card or older intel v4463 driver which is now installed via windows update

      Please provide steps to replicate the issue.  These steps are very crucial to finding the root cause and fix.
