Well, your board, processor, and graphics are not supported on Windows 10. And, there is no chipset inf for Windows 10.
That said, it does not mean that Windows 10 will not install and work. Well, until Microsoft decides to pull the plug.
Windows 10 will have all the information needed to install. No inf is available, or needed.
Were I to upgrade something like this, I would find a compatible PCIe x16 graphics card. The key word there is "compatible".
