I’m sorry about the issue you are experiencing, have you tried with different HDMI cable? Is your HDMI high quality cable? This kind of issue can be related with the cable you are using and make sure you are not using any adapters or converters.
Also, check with your monitor manufacturer if there is INF driver available for your monitor, this driver can help you solve problem like the one you are experiencing with monitor being identify as TV; however, if I’m looking at the right monitor manual this monitor maximum resolution is 1920x1200@60Hz, you can check more information here:
