Hello otecx,
I understand that after Windows* installed a graphics driver update the computer game freezes.
Let me apologize for any inconvenience this issue may be causing to you.
In order to help you better I would like to gather more information about the configuration you have in the computer. Please attach to this thread the .txt file the Intel® System Support Utility will generate https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25293/Intel-System-Support-Utility https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25293/Intel-System-Support-Utility
Let me also know the name of the computer game you are trying to play.
To attach a file, you must click "Use Advanced Editor" on the upper right hand corner of the response box, then the "attach" option will appear on the bottom right hand corner of the response box.
Regards,
Fred D.

Hello Fred
I've attached the file wich you required.
Regarding the game, it isn't one game, it is evry game.
For the sake of troubleshooting, my gpu drivers have been uninstalled, so the file will show the basic display adapter of microsoft.
My actual pc specs are found in my original post.
Kind regards
John

Hello otecx,
Thanks for the information you sent to me.
For some reason the system appears to be working with the MSI* video card only. I did not find any information about the Intel graphics controller being active in your computer. I am not sure why Windows* Update installed a graphics driver for our Intel graphics controller since it is not currently active.
What I can recommend is reinstalling the graphics driver MSI* provides on their website for the video card that is installed in your computer. You can download latest graphics driver from this link http://download.msi.com/dvr_exe/nvidia_376.09_w7864.zip http://download.msi.com/dvr_exe/nvidia_376.09_w7864.zip
If issue persists the best option would be checking with Microsoft* if there is or not a way to avoid the installation of the Windows* Update that is causing the problem.
Regards,
Fred D.

Hello Fred
This is what i was suspecting.
I also do not know why it queued this update.
The site of msi just links back to nvidia wich are the drivers i've been using.
Windows update has queued an intel system driver update of 2016 now, i don't know if i should install this.
