    how to check intel processor

      hi every one

      good morning

       

      i purchase the new intel processor I3-6098P 3.6Ghz when i try to install windows 7 or 8 he show the Blue dump error

      it happened more than 10 time i change the Ram & asus Motherboard but problem is same

       

      how i can solve this i think it is the processor problem

      so please suggest me how i can solve this ...

          Hi : Thank you very much for joining the Intel® Processors communities.

          Just to let you know, the processor has no operating system restriction, meaning that either Windows® 7 or 8 should work with it with no problems. However, the board does have a restriction in terms of the version of Windows that you can install. In this case since you already replaced the memory RAM and the board, then most of the times that indicates the problem could be the processor.

          Remember that the proper memory for the processor should be: DDR4-1866/2133, DDR3L-1333/1600 @ 1.35V, please make sure that is the memory you are using and also you can test the PC using just one memory stick to rule out a possible problem with it.

          Do you have the option to test the PC with a different processor?

          If that option is not available for you, then you can try to replace the processor with the place of purchase depending on the warranty conditions they have, or we can always replace it for you. Remember the processor has 3 years of warranty with Intel and on the links below you will find the information to contact them:
