Versions 22.x are ready for Cannonlake's Gen10 graphics which had been announced in April.

The driver version 126.96.36.19978 and driver version 188.8.131.5278 is the same driver; the version 184.108.40.20678 and 22 is how Microsoft defines the driver version, there is nothing special on that number is just how the operating system sees it.
