    "Unsupported 1Gb or 2Gb Density Error" - NUC6CAYS (Crucial CT51264BF160BJ)

I upgraded my RAM from a single 2GB stick to 2x4GB sticks. I contacted customer support twice, and they both responded saying that the RAM I will be purchasing is supported:

      Customer Service Response:

      1. Supports two 1.35V DDR3L SDRAM SO-DIMMs

      2. 1600 MHz and 1866 MHz

      3. Unbuffered, non-ECC

      4. Minimum recommended memory: 2 GB

      5. Maximum memory: 8 GB

      6. Serial presence detect (SPD)

I even went to the support page and the RAM I bought was supported by the NUC:

System Memory for Intel® NUC Kits NUC6CAYH and NUC6CAYS

      Crucial CT51264BF160BJ - 4GB

So now every time we start our computer I get a warning message?

When I hit "Y", it goes into Windows and shows 8GB of RAM, but I still get the error below. Did I install it wrong? - I even did a RAM memory test through windows and everything was fine.
