Please do not use the Intel Driver Update utility. It is not debugged and it doesn't work as intended. Download the Driver Bundle for your NUC:https://downloadmirror.intel.com/DriverPackages/Intel-NUC-Kit-NUC7i7BNH_Win10-64_Drivers.20170522.zip , extract the zip and install each driver manually.
Install first the Chipset driver and reboot your NUC. Then install all other drivers. The sequence of installation now is not important. You don't need to reboot your NUC after each driver installation. You can reboot only once at the end, after the last driver is installed.

We are aware of the issue with the software and hopefully sometime soon a new version will be released.
